Pushing Your Passion LLC Coaching Agreement / Receipt
This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Coach and the Client upon enrollment in the coaching program.
Program Description
The Client is enrolling in a coaching program designed to provide guidance, strategy, accountability, and personal development support. The program may include:
- Group sessions
- Individual coaching sessions
- Educational materials
- Structured exercises
The purpose of the program is to support the Client in gaining clarity, developing strategy, and taking aligned action toward their personal, professional, or business goals.
Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support the Client in achieving personal or professional growth. The Coach provides guidance, insight, and strategic perspective, but the Client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
The Client understands that coaching is not:
- Therapy
- Counseling
- Financial advising
- Legal consulting
Client Responsibility
The Client agrees to:
- Attend scheduled coaching sessions
- Participate fully in discussions and exercises
- Complete recommended practices or assignments
- Take responsibility for their own decisions and outcomes
Results from the program depend on the Client’s level of participation, effort, and implementation.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law.
Group coaching participants are also expected to respect the confidentiality of other members.
Program Fees
The Client agrees to pay all program fees as selected at the time of purchase.
All payments, including any available payment plans, are processed securely through Stripe and its payment partners. The specific pricing, payment schedule, and applicable terms are presented to the Client at checkout.
By completing a purchase, the Client authorizes Stripe to charge their selected payment method according to the chosen payment option.
Payment Terms
If the Client selects a payment plan, they agree to complete all scheduled payments in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to coaching services until the account is brought current.
The Client remains responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments, regardless of participation level.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching services and the preparation involved, all program payments are non-refundable once the program has begun, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If the Client is unable to attend a session, recordings or alternative arrangements may be provided when available.
Intellectual Property
All program materials, frameworks, teachings, and documents provided during the coaching program remain the intellectual property of the Coach.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Client agrees that the Coach shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in the coaching program.
Participation in the program is voluntary and undertaken at the Client’s own discretion.
